For over 30 years, Stefan Pleshoyano has been an expert in the field of reliability and maintainability of generation equipment. Since 2002, he has been a consultant in reliability and maintainability for prestigious companies, both in Canada (IBM-Bromont) and abroad (Mexico, Colombia, France, and Australia).
Stefan Pleshoyano has extensive experience working with maintenance departments across various companies and is well versed in the different CMMS systems and their associated challenges. He has a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of these information systems, which has informed the development of his methodology and semantic analysis tool. Specifically, his tool is designed to extract and analyze relevant information from the comments sections of maintenance and operation activities.
By founding Knowext, he makes his technology accessible to a clientele with diverse information needs.

Valérie L. Pleshoyano has a background in communications, writing and editing. She is responsible for the production of content published on behalf of Knowext, on its website or on social networks, for the coordination of its communication policy and for the circulation of information internally.
Juan Diego Bedoya has over 30 years of expertise in project management, production, maintenance, and asset management. He has excellent computer skills and is recognized for his professional achievements in the hydro industry, power transmission and education.
Juan supports the president of Knowext in his reliability and maintainability consulting services.
Jean Michel Casimir, passionate about exchanges and negotiations, has over 30 years of experience in business, particularly in real estate investment and development. In recent years, the field of new technologies has been added to his expertise, through projects for the development of data centers.
